It is our agency's responsibility to ensure the publisher is thinking and performing strategically for our clients. We go through the contract with publishers and see if there are any unfriendly author clauses or unfriendly royalty clauses that have slipped in. We help you see ahead.

We also ensure our clients work attains a level of excellence before it is presented to any publisher. If our clients are not making anything out of their work, we the agents are also not making anything. It is our duty to give our all and our best to our clients. We charge no reading and editing fees for our clients.

Writing is a demanding and emotional draining work. Authors get to write during stolen hours. A major publisher gets about a thousand manuscripts a day. Because of the bulk of the manuscripts to publishers, they return great work of art without so much as a glance. In response to this state of affairs, agents were created in order to have their work read. This agents review work and inform publishers accordingly.

No matter how good your manuscript is many publishers will not even put it on the slush pile (as non-requested manuscripts are known and kept lying for months or even years at a time) but send it straight back to you unless you have one vital component - an agent.

AGENCY FEE
If you are paying your publishing fees this agency will take 10% from the sales as our agency fees.

If we are paying your publishing fees then we will subtract the money we paid for your publishing fees. After that we will take 20% of the balance as our agency fees. This commission involves everything that will come as a result of this project and it works during the life of the project.

Payments from publishing houses are often routed through our agency. We will bank the money and forward the percentage due the author.

Advice for authors:
You have to master the craft of writing by reading and writing regularly without fail. Try to read as much as you can on the subject of writing. You should also be disciplined to sit down and write. Even if you read a small portion daily,you will find your skill being refined in the process.
Also read as many best selling books as you can. This will help you know the kind of books publishers are looking for.

Finally:
* We could give scholarships and other financial assistance to our clients.
*Once we sign you as our client you become our responsibility.
* We teach patience to our clients. It may take up to 6 months to secure a publishing contract. It may take less than this or even more. We believe strongly in the favor of God. This will cause men to inconvenience themselves for your sake. It will bring speed and open doors faster than you can imagine.
